Recieved a FAKE LV and dealing with the crap!

I feel like I am BTW my messages to them dont even respond to the BS they say to me (ok maybe SOMETIMES) but honestly I just write that I want my refund or to contact paypal. Its crazy!!

PS The paypal dispute is still open and the seller has yet to respond. Am I supposed to send the bag back? WHat is paypal doing?!

OH MY GOSH!!!! Honey I am TERRIBLY sorry not only are you dealing with this but uglyness of these people.They are sooo wrong in sooo many ways.YEAHHH!! Who was that from the CC company?? NO do NOTHING until either PP or your CC tells you what to do.Oh thank you ,I know how horrible this truly is.In my case they had me destroy it ...wow that would be sooo nice in this case too,but please wait until you get instructions from them... I know how crazy to hand deliver a fake.Please tell me you have contacted the police to this ?

No proof needed for anything. I am allowed to do transactions outside of ebay, without shipping an item. And if you pay, its on you. I don't need to provide proof of anything. It was a used item AND there is no proof that what I gave you is what you are complaining about. Anyone can send anyone money through paypal. That is what you did. Perhaps you should speak with them again or READ the damn rules. A transaction in person is not covered under buyer protection on Paypal. Maybe your cc company will refund you, but no luck on paypal, therefore no responsibility on my part. Item you bought was used, and I need not provide any proof of purchase on a used item. It was not listed anywhere as new, nor was it sold to you as new. As far as I'm concerned you did a bait and switch and are now trying to keep the item and get your money back. Smart plan, but paypal is not stupid.

What's funny is A. I'm not 50, and B. You are very funny about not affording a real louis. If your boyfriend made half the money I did, YOU would not be working as Mara has never worked a day in her life since she met me. It shows me who can actually afford what and also how much he loves you. I would never make mara work, nor does she need to. I'm willing to bet that you and your boy toy combined make about a fifth of what I do. And that's when I have a bad year.

WOW, I just read the emails those losers sent you and I just can't believe the nerve of those people, the complete lack of decency and remorse.

That guy is a coward, if his wife is smart they can't she defend herself? why the need to attack you? if they were decent, then they'd help you, give you the receipt for the authentic bag and honestly just listen to reason.
Their attitude only proves my theory that the lady knew the bag was fake and she wanted to scam you from the beginning. It doesn't matter how much money those people make, they will never have class or decency.. unbelievable!

Once you DO have your refund processed, DO email him a copy of the email that states that you have been refunded. And say, "thanks so much HON, appreciate the refund!"
Don't send that bag back until PP tells you where to send it.
