Filing a police report or contact FBI, I'm not sure how you can get money back because their interest is arresting criminals not your money....
So I would also think of the possibility of going to a small claim court. I think you can sue someone who lives in a different state.

Hoping you can get a charge back from your CC company soon.

Why not? You got scammed. Even if you get your money back, the scammer committed a crime.

Why would you file a claim, a semi-complicated process, on your blackberry? All you had to do was file a claim with PP, and it all would've been taken care of.

This bag was pulled off ebay,So she had to send them money directly using pp.When she did she did not select *goods* for item .So once she tried to file the claim it was kicked out by pp.

Wow! I am still stunned that you (IO4M) saw this bag first hand and were "taken". And, honestly, her selling price is so close to retail...ugh. I know hindsight is 20/20! Sorry this happened to you. Really sorry.

I know DS - it was a good one... I will post the pics for you guys to see if you want(so you dont think I am a total moron) LOL Although after I actually took the pictures and looked at them online, I knew it was wrong.

After tax and everything I would have still saved almost $400.

OK so I thought I would entertain you ladies with some of the emailed I have recieved from the seller and her husband, they switch back and fourth I never really know/care which one it is.

Ummm, and you have the nerve to sarcastically mention us spending time reading? What kind of loser posts on a purse forum ALL the time?? You should try a book as a hobby instead of collecting bags and scamming people. You might actually learn something.

Please do send more sarcastic emails, we do appreciate them. Not only does it show you maturity, but they are great for the collection of correspondence paypal and your credit card company have requested a copy of.

Oh, and in my opinion, it won't be long before your "boyfriend" realizes that you are obviously hanging around to use him for his money and decided to find someone a bit more independent that can make and spend her own money.

Don't think what the 2 of you do is such a secret either. Its illegal and not undetectable. Just thought I'd add that in.

"boils down to the fact that YOU some ME a fake bag."

What does "you some me a fake bag" mean??? Its what you wrote.

See that's where the reading thing would come in handy for you. It would teach you how to write. Not much you can learn on the purse forum. And genius, its not Mara, its her husband. And basically I'm sick and tired of hearing from you. Seriously. You really have nothing better to do...that's evident.

I will request formally, that you cease emailing me. In case you or your genius boy fried do not know what the FCC is, I have a right to request someone stop emailing me, and if they do not, I can report them.

DO NOT EMAIL ME AGAIN. Whatever you think is going on with your cc company or paypal, you are not fully correct. Like I said, I could care less what your cc company does. If they refund you, that's their stupidity. Paypal is not bothering me or taking money from me. So your stupid little immature emails do not affect me in any way. I will remind you again, if you get your refund, and our bag is not sent back (you do have a certain time frame, which Ill leave up to you to figure out-maybe it will force you to actually read something) I WILL file a "stolen property" report and that can and will subpoena you to court. And you better return the authentic bag that was given to you and not some fake crap you claim you have.

If I were you I'd stop wasting time on email and get reading. The clock is ticking and the day your time is up to return the item once you get refunded, be rest assured if I don't have our bag in our hands, I will file that report in court, with not a day to waste.

Now, ill again request that you cease any and all further communication with me. The next form of communication I receive goes to the FCC with a copy of this email requesting you stop.

Now hurry along, I'm sure there's some wonderful post just waiting for you to comment on in your purse forum. Or better yet, perhaps your significant other decided it was time to get that pedicure!

That's not what you wrote sweetie, and what part of DON'T email me didn't you get?

Again, the reading would benefit you. I didn't say I was going to refund you for returning the bag. I said if your cc company is stupid enough to refund you, the law states you must return the item in question. Jeez, perhaps ryan(my bf) should stop buying you bags and buy you a dictionary and thesaurus for the holidays. That way you would better understand emails sent to you.

Let me help:
DO NOT: abbreviated don't; definition: cease, stop, no longer continue to, halt, refrain from

Is that a bit clearer?

Nobody os stalking you, you loser. I went on once a while ago WHEN YOU DIRECTED Me THERE. Are you really that dumb, or are you just teasing. And, I have no interest in going to your stupid purse forum to read about us. I could care less what you say or do on there, nor do I give a shit to defend myself. I could really care less. Honestly. Remember, I'm too busy reading books.

Read your own emails idiot, and you will see why I wrote that about the refund. Do you not recall the dozen emails about you asking to return the bag for a refund????? I was simply stating that I was not going to refund you.

Again, my suggestion is to read and study and perhaps you could be 1/2 as intelligent as my girls are and it might even get you out of your retail job into the real corporate america. Hey I have a great idea, why don't you apply to Louis Vuitton for a job, and if that doesn't work, you could always go work as Carol Diva's assistant!

Hmm...3rd or 4th time I'll tell you and maybe this time ill write in caps and perhaps you could ask your mommy for some assistance in interpretation:

STOP EMAILING ME OR CONTACTING ME.

Should I order you hooked on phonics so you can better understand?

I'm done entertaining my company with your emails. They don't believe me that you were actually a grown woman and they think you are 12. I keep assuring them you were definitely too large to be a 12 year old. Anyway, I won't be responding anymore so...ciao!

FYI,
I DID NOT REQUEST THAT YOU SEND THE BAG BACK. I DID REQUEST THAT ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS "REFUND" FROM YOUR CC COMPANY THEN YOU SHOULD SEND THE BAG BACK. IN NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM AM I REQUESTING THE BAG BE SHIPPED BACK IN EXPECTANCE OF ME REFUNDING YOU, OR ADMITTING I RIGHTFULLY WILL, OR PLAN TO REIMBURSE YOU. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT SEND THE BAG BACK UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU ARE REFUNDED FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN ME. I MAINTAIN THAT I WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU. WHAT YOU PURCHASED WAS NOT SHIPPED TO YOU. IT WAS DONE IN PERSON AFTER RACHEL SPENT 20 MINUTES INSPECTED THE ITEM.
