Received a fake Balenciaga

An ugly, vile, fake Balenciaga arrived in the mail today. It is not the bag featured in the eBay listing photos

Do I contact the seller first, or just report it to eBay?

I'd just file with paypal ASAP. Some sellers can like clear out their paypal account after you contact them, then there's no way for paypal to claim back the money frmo her for your bag...I'd immediately put through a claim with paypal, and she has the opportunity to pay you.
