I am confused by your statement:
I have made three BIN live cashback purchases. One of them was an instant cashback through Ebay checkout. The other two were both through auctiva. On the BIN page (before committing) there was a message saying that the seller was not using Ebay checkout and that I needed to make sure I still used Paypal. The page showed my cashback amount. The two amounts showed up as pending in my live.com account the next day.

Are you sure you cannot use third party checkout? Does this mean my cashback will not be completed????

is there no more live.com discount? i just tried doing a search on live.com using "laptop", "cheap ipod", "louboutin", and no ebay discount came up :(

Look in the deals and steals thread and someone said it is over today - whether that is temporary, I don't know. It could be a glitch. It went down to 8%, then totally disappeared. Then reappeared a few weeks later at 30% again. What the heck they are up to, I know not...

It is still going on, but I can't find it for ebay. If you click on cashback and then click on cashback stores, it takes you to a big list of stores and the percentage back you get with each company.

You can get cashback if someone is using auctiva but not if they have third party auctiva checkout checked when they made the listing . I have tried many times and get a message saying this is not eligible for the cashback. If you did not get that message before you did the buy it now you should be ok. I am positive that it was that way for me. I have tried to buy many things but it showed me that the seller was using a third party checkout and I could not. The sellers I tried with were using vendio and auctiva checkout. I do not not what is going on with yours since I did not see it personally.

About instant money back... I found the live blog it says some users qualify for instant cash back.

if you search cheap ipod and hit refresh like 6 or more times it will show up for 15%

Hi Ladies-i just completed a purchase with the 15%, (thank you for the ipod trick!). I paid w/ paypal immediately. How long does the purchase take to show up in my Live Account? I thought it would be instant, and it says 'No purchase activity'. I was completely signed in to Live during this process, and I'm a little worried.

ETA: I see it now. Thanks for all the great info though!

mine have taken 24-48 hours.
