This is happening to me also! My status shows "Failed" under 3 separate transactions and this has been since the beginning of June. I am wondering if that money is EVER going to get to my PayPal account. I have everything set up correctly on my live & PayPal accounts so I don't know what their problem is. Grrrr....

That is the same thing that is happening to me too. It has been 60 days & 2 weeks. What is going on??? I'm pissed.

after 20 transactions, I cannot use live.com cashback reward program anymore with the current account. Anyone knows how I can get another account to continue receiving my cashback?

^^ Just register another eBay account/create a new one. You can keep the same Paypal account though, just link the two and you should be fine.

the first time many moons ago this was happening, it finally got fixed. i had 4 transactions that showed up "failed" about 3 times each. finally got my $$.

now the same thing is happening. did you ever get your $$? im still waiting on the first one, i have serveral coming up soonish.

^Nope, I haven't gotten my money yet. I have like 15 transactions all listed as failed since early June! I've emailed bing several times and just get emails back telling me to "please be patient". Yeah, right!! I want my $$$!!!!

wow, i had not used live.com for ebay. well they took it away, then started it up again.

the first time i think i had 4 failed then finally got the $$. seems its an issue again.

still seems to be an issue. I have two separate translations both failed and only one try. the last time this happened it at least tried 4 times then was resolved.

I have a few that will be coming up and im sure same thing will happen.

I wonder if they are making efforts to correct the problem?

I actually haven't opened any support ticket. I figured I will get the same response to check thiis and that bla bla... of which it would waste my time since all my i's are dotted and mt t's are crossed.

Hi Guys, If use live cash back and commit to pay, how long do i have to complete the transaction and get cash back. If I comit to pay through BIN today can I pay after 4 days and still get cash back? Thanks!!!

Sorry, no. I'm not certain of the time limit, but I think it might be as short as an hour after you click on BIN. They probably do this because they keep changing the % of rebate.

Sadly, when I ignore the "failed," transactions, nothing ever happens....it just sits that way up to the time I go through the routine.

It is frustrating, but if you want your money, I think you need to correspond with Bing until they "cancel,' the failed transaction....even then, I don't get refunded unless I phone PayPal. Then between the two of them, usually the money shows up within a few days.

I asked this in another thread and didn't receive a response. So I'll ask here also....

When making an ebay purchase through bing, I know that you have to pay through paypal, but do you have to click on "Pay Now" on ebay in order to receive the cashback?

I just purchased something on ebay and the seller offered me free shipping, but can't seem to change it on the invoice. She said she'd send a pay request with the correct amount through paypal and I could just pay that way and then she'd mark it as paid on ebay. Since, I'm technically still paying through paypal will I still receive the cashback?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Its definitely atleast a couple days. The % of the rebate is already calculated when you hit BIN, so that wouldnt effect it.
