thanks i'll contact live and see what they say...the odd thing is when i made the purchases i did receive emails in my ebay account telling me i have cashback coming but now 0 is showing in live acct...so just a little confused.

You have to actually REDEEM it. Go to my messages where they sent you the emails. You click on it (think it's "Get Cashback" - jeez I hope it hasn't been so long that it's expired or something.) It will probably take the full 60 days though to get it back, since you didn't redeem it yet. Keep us updated.
Oh and you have to sign up. You log in your cashback account to see what is pending, rewarded, etc.?

^gosh i hope it didn't expire....i've only received email stating i'm eligible for cashback, nothing additional after that. should i've gotten more emails after that? the first purchase has been over 60days. and yep, i signed up in october.

Can you use this if you're Canadian? Reading the fine print it says US account only, but I'm not sure if any Canadians have been able to do this.

nope...it's not working for me tonite. i wonder if they'll bump it back up to 25-30% this last weekend before christmas??

After a week or so at 8%, the cashback was taken off. I, too, wonder if it will be back up soon kuZ of Xmas. After all, MSN and fBay included the cashback among their wonderful holiday offerings. Frankly, I'm surprised at the timing...

However, maybe the cashback is down because of what happened with HP during Black Friday--a total fiasco. Reportedly, most people couldn't get through to the site and the cyber traffic jam caused the cashback feature to malfunction, handing out 3% cashbacks instead of the 40% advertised for those able to make the purchase. It was (and still is) a huge mess.

It did show up (8%) for about a hour and a half yesterday, do not know why it was removed after such a short time. Here I was waiting for something bigger now I wish I had grabbed it during the brief time because there is something I'm holding off for!

Of course I finally get an ebay coupon for 10% (my first one ever) and today is the last day to use it. Now the msn.live isnt showing up.

I looked yesterday and there was no cash back for ebay. I'm still waiting patiently for it to go back up to ~20% (if it ever does).

This is making me crazy!! I so want it to go back up so I can buy a bag I want Soooooooo bad! Like everyone else, I too am really suprised that it stays so low or not at all right before xmas!! Maybe they just dont want to give all that money back because they know alot of people would be buying alot of stuff....oh well, who knows!

Tons of stores, but not exactly Balenciaga country. Hope the other promotion (30% whoo-whoo wouldn't that be nice) comes back soon!?!?!?!?!
