Print shipping label from USPS to get discount...

Hi Ladies,
I didn't know the shipping fee had go up so much...
I just found out today that to ship the same package would cost me nearly $42.00 from Paypal, only cost $23.00 if you print the label directly from USPS official site. If you ship DOMESTIC, you will get 3% off Express Mail or 11% off Priority Mail, they give you commecial base discount.
I hope this info. is helpfull.
