I would call eBay about this but please bear in mind you paid by Google checkout which I believe is not allowed on ebay.

Call asap!!! The fast you move, the better chance you have of getting your $$$'s back from paypal. I have been in the same situation twice! PayPal rocked in getting my money back and both times the sellers were removed!!! Act fast!!!!!!!!!

Post back what happens!!!!!!

I paid by google check out. because, seller said her limit of paypal is full. Do I have anyway to get my money back? If seller are fraud.

I would send it back, if you paid via paypal, you can send it back and wait to get refunded, if you don't in a certain amount of time, then you should file a dispute.
