just an update.. so I am definetly not going out of eBay with this guy.. I told him I will get it thru eBay since he still has his listing up.. but he has not replied me back after he suggested we can go back on eBay and I said yes, let's do that..

so now i don't know if i should even bid on it...

Nope, not same as your seller. Seller I was referencing was a lady in HK. May be same seller as MissPiggy is dealing with, tho...??
Be careful... PP w/ a credit card. Too many scams going on to take ANY extra risks.

oh my seller is just a personal seller.. not consignment store.. so shouldn't be teh same!

Ladies, thank you so much for all the kind advices. I have communicated to the seller again stating that I prefer to use PP w/Credit card instead of their suggested mode of PP w bank account and insisted for more pics on the minor stains/use marks on the bag after reading some of the negative feedback on toolhaus.org. Fortunately or unfortunatley, the seller has yet to reply me and I am not gonna send a chaser. If they are not coming back, then I guess they probably are not genuine and honest.

Really appreciate so much for raising the red flags.

As for me, I am gonna place the bid on eBay rather than going the risky way also. I'll see if I will win the bid or not.

Ok update, the seller replied and said that they are willing to accept a return if I am not satisfy with the item. However they did not reply with regards to the mode of payment & shipping (they suggested using EMS for shipping instead of USPS).

Have anyone deal with lvauthentic (italystation.com) before? can they be trusted?

The item is a hidden chain flap in red, the seller has been reiterating that the stain/use marks are so unnoticeable which can't show up on pics.

hi everyone!! just thought to give an update on how things went w/this seller & the bag...

after I told the seller I don't want to go off ebay, i went to bid on the listing on eBay. I won the item (for actually a slightly lower price than the one I offered her).
She is very strange indeed.. maybe I am just now feeling her tone over the internet, but she was oh-so-happy that I won the bag. Haha
Anyhow, I paid, she shipped it the next day with express, and now I have it in my hands!! And it is authentic, everything went well afterall, she was very eager for me to leave her a feedback and followed through the whole transaction.

I am happy that things went well afterall :) and good that I didn't have to go off eBay! And the bonus is, I paid a lot lower price than the market value of the bag

devilangel, Great that you have a smooth ebay transaction and got the bag with you. Congrats! For me I finally let go of the bag. I think it is not worth it to deal off ebay.

Anyhow I have got a question on refund. If seller refund, will it be refunded via Paypal? Will the refunded amount be credited back to my credit card or will be kept on my paypal account? If it is paypal account, how do I withdraw it? Also I read alot about credit card backcharging, is it to instruct my bank to backcharge paypal? Thanks for clearing my doubts

If you paid by credit card, and the seller uses the refund link, then it should automatically go back to your credit card.
