Please help with shipping quote

I have a buyer that wants to know how much to ship to Taiwan. I have NO idea how to figure this out --

I would be shipping a wallet which is about 1 pound.

Buyer asked for "express" shipment.

Actually I found a shipping quote tool on eBay, so I think I'm all set.

I'm usually a buyer and decided to sell some stuff, and paniced at the question :)

Global Express is traceable, which is a much reliable way to ship overseas. I don't know how eBay's shipping quote works on international mailing. Please keep in mind USPS now shipping rate counts the size of the box.
