Paypal wont let me add card?

It comes up with this error...
This credit card has been refused by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your credit card issuer's Customer Service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

But I just rang the bank and they said its absolutely fine and there should be no problem???
Is there a phone number for paypal?

Exact same thing happened to me once, bank said all was okay but Paypal insisted the fault was with the bank, but can't for the life of me remember how i sorted it out?!!

That sucks, I rang paypal and the bank but neither of them know the problem :( *sobs* lol
