I had the same problem last year and won the disputed. After that I ship the fake LV wallet to Paypal in Dallas, Tx. TWO MONTHS later the seller emai me to ask for her fake Wallet, I gave her the tracking number and told her to contact Paypal directly. I thind it's ok to sent the fake item to Paypal, but you have to keep all of the shipping info.for a while.

Wow! I'm flabbergasted by this. I can't believe that they purport to try to reduce fakes, and then sell counterfeit returned items themselves. No more even looking at auctions by isoldit stores anymore!!

This is the address they gave me
PayPal Returns
12750 Perimeter Dr Suite 154

How similar is it! I wonder what expaination paypal will come up with.

This is the same address paypal had me send a fake wallet to. This is crazy!

Yeah, because if it's for legal reasons they should know it's illegal to get customers to send them in the mail!

I won the dispute for Chloe paddington, and i had to ship the bag back to TX too, I asked the rep :" why I have to send it to TX?"...she said :" sending to Paypal at TX is teh way Paypal "destroy" it ", I thought :"OK, it's fine! at least they know it will destroy by them"...but I never know they are resell it. They can not do it, Counterfiet is illegal! I think Paypal and Ebay will shut down soon.

If PayPal are going to destroy them, why they asked us to send them in the original condition? I wonder if we tell PayPal we are doing to cut a hole on the bag before sending in so no one can resell them, what they are going to say?

The problem is, we were held as hostages since we needed our money back.

I wonder if anyone has contacts with 20/20 or 60 Minutes. This would be a very interesting story for them to investiage.
