I can't imagine where this could go if the 'right' person/group took interest in this! I would absolutely refuse to send the 'fake' unless I was allowed to deface it first. I'd tell them it's illegal and they can't make you do something illegal.

Can't wait to see what is going to happen!

I know it's a bit late in the game but I just read this thread. Amazing and disgusting. I hope they've stopped doing this or gotten sued into the ground for it.

I do find it a bit odd that the main contributors to the thread just up and vanished after this thread died out.

ITA, Sarah... If you will just post a NEW THREAD here on the ebay forum, explain your situation and the post ebay auction, we will all be happy to help.
Buyers can often win these claims, but if you filed a claim w/ Paypal, you have a limited time... so time IS of the essence.

I read through almost all of this thread and can't believe it. I won a SNAD case for a pair of Chanel earrings which were determined to be fake by MyPoupette. I knew it as soon as I got them and Paypal had me return it to a place in Dallas which I thought was strange but that was before i realized the evil that they were. This was almost a year or more ago...I need to go through and dig for the dispute but is there anything I can do since I didn't see it reappear on evilbay?
