Default Ok, What happend to ebay?

I guess i've been out of the loop for awhile, because now I can't leave neg. feedback from a lousy buyer?

What?!

Can I respond to negative feedback? Anyone know, because I can't find that option anymore...

What is going on with eBay?

HAHA where have you been hiding.

Sellers can no longer leave neg. feedback.

Do a search here - many threads.

yep, it's totally unfair. So many honest buyers are getting completely SCREWED over by buyers, who are basically free to pull any kind of BS they want.

I'm really hating eBay right now. But does anyone know if I can atleast defend myself? Like respond to the feedback?

Yes, you can respond to feedback, but they hid that link well. First, go to the discussion board page under community. Scroll all the way down and click on the stuff about feedback forum on the bottom left. Once you get there, look on the right hand bar and there will be a link to "respond to feedback" or something of the like. Click there. I hope that helps!!!

eBay has freaked out and made some poor business decisions. Or at least poor decisions from my standpoint. It would be more helpful if they shared their long-term goals.

No problem!! It took me forever to find it. First we can't leave negative feedback and then the hide the respond to feedback button. I sense a pattern...

You can find it a little faster by clicking on your feedback number, then scrolling down to the bottom of the page. On the bottom left you will see:

What would you like to do next?

You are welcome. It might not have been there when shoulderache was looking. Sometimes the software and the site have glitches.

I think all the hoot and hollaring is over nothing. I had a bad buyer recently who left negative feedback. HOWEVER, they first sent me an email stating they wanted a full refund and for me to pay return shipping and said they wouldn't want to leave negative feedback so they hope I do something.

GUESS WHAT! GONE, POOF, NEVER HAPPENED. I filed a complaint with eBay while on the screen where you can leave feedback for your clients....and sent a copy of her email.

SO! The feedback system works. It forces sellers to take more care in how they treat customers but eBay is more strict on enforcing their rules. I bet that lady is just steaming right now!!

I think that your case is in a vast minority, unfortunately.
