I just sold a $2k+bag via direct paypal payment. Shipping is to a US address, but I sense the buyer lives overseas and has either a friend or relative send to her. So far, her communication has been good. She has close to 300 feedback, mostly for smaller items, but with one handbag for $1500 in June. My biggest concern is a chargeback. Would it bother you that the bag isn't going to her first? TIA!!!

She may very well have a consolidation service which forwards her mail to her.

Is that risky with a bag of this value?

As long as it's her verified address, it shouldn't be a problem.

You could always call Paypal just for peace of mind and ask them how you should proceed with shipping.

Yeah, I don't think it should be a problem as long as the address is verified/confirmed.

If the bag gets lost from the middle address/forward company, then that's the buyer's problem.

You only insure your bag to the destination of the verified address

Good luck!

If you are shipping to a confirmed PP address you should be fine..

As long as the bag is insured & signed for, you should be ok

It very well may be that she uses a consolidation service.

It's a confirmed address. She wanted me to ship ASAP, on Sunday if I could and paid extra for Express Mail, but I'm now thinking that she wants to get it to this consolidator to send to her where ever she lives.
