Hey everyone, I can't seem to find any threads about how to deal with a non-paying buyer on Bonanzle and I've searched Bonanzle pretty thoroughly but beyond sending them a message about it I don't know what to do. If there's a thread I should be going to for this please let me know.
So here's the (condensed) story: I posted three items for sale Saturday, got several offers, and by the end of the day had an offer from a new user (joined that day) for all three items. I accepted the offer and she said she would pay the next day. Sunday night after I'd gone to bed she sent me 3 messages repeatedly asking me to send an invoice to her paypal account. I got them the next morning and told her that I don't send a separate invoice to her account, she can access the invoice through bonanzle through the "Items bought" page and pay through paypal that way. She responded immediately saying she was just excited for the items and she would pay that day (Monday) so I could ship out Tuesday. Now she's MIA. I've sent her 2 messages since then, the first trying to confirm that she knew where to go to pay for the items on the site, and the other telling her that I prepacked the items last night so if I got the payment by this morning I could still ship out today. No word. I don't understand since she was so raring to go on Sunday night to pay, but now won't even return my messages. When I finalized the offer originally I marked it so that she has to pay within 1 week (the shortest time offered on the site), but I have no idea what I can do after that period if she still hasn't paid. I can relist the items, but can I report her? Can I leave negative feedback? If I do leave negative feedback can't she just leave negative feedback for me in retaliation? Since she just joined on Saturday negative feedback for her doesn't really mean anything, she can just make a new profile. I can do the same since I only have a few but I'd really rather not. So....help? Thank you all! |

Hi C. I am sorry you are going through this. Honestly. i would not let her hold you up anymore. i would just relist the items. I know it s**ks, but i do not think there is much else you can do. I don't think she will care about negative feedback, and I don't want her to turn around and give you one. Good luck Hon.

If I relist does that cancel the transaction so she can't leave me negative feedback? I'm the most scared about that I guess, being screwed all around.

No one else has dealt with this on there yet? Should I just message the Bonanzle people about it?

Be sure to report that she hasn't paid. That way you don't get charged for the sales. I don't think that she can leave negative feedback. Be sure to ask......they are very quick to respond on Bonz.

I sent them a message about it, hopefully they can get back to me before I stress out about this too much longer.
