Contact pp and follow their instructions after you file your claim.

Change all your info to be on the safe side.

Save those e-mails as pp/ebay may want to have them forwarded .

OP: PayPal will tell you where to send it, if it wants you to send it anywhere. It doesn't matter where the bag came from; what matters is the address specified in the seller's account. Anyway, you can't cross the bridge until you get there, so don't worry about it.

Since you escalated the dispute to a claim, the decision is in PayFoe's hands and not the seller's, and that decision will depend on the information you provided in your claim. Did you describe in detail why you think/know the bag is fake? Did you include the information about the bag coming from China and the bill from an e-Crater account?

This looks like a scam from someone who sells on eCrater but also lists on fBay OR listed the item using a hijacked fBay account. So I would report this suspicious activity to fBay. What does the feedback tell you about this seller? What about the transaction history on eCrater? Did you look into that? Without the seller ID and/or link to the auction it's hard to say.

By now, the amount you paid the seller should be "frozen" while PayPal decides what to do with your case. However, that's irrelevant if it's an fBay transaction eligible for buyer protection because the refund would be coming from PayPal and not the seller. Was the transaction noted as "eligible" for buyer protection in the Transaction Details page?

Hi ladies, thanks for all your advice. Update:
eBay already removed the item so I can't paste the link. Seems the seller is no longer a registered member as well. I assume eBay already did something.
I was surprised to find that a full refund was already issued to my paypal account! and I can't find any active open case on Paypal. Does Paypal automatically remove disputes once a refund is issued?

When I filed a claim, i took all the pictures and also reported the scam from the ecrater account. I guess that's why ebay/paypal acted so quickly?

Probably...it doesn't matter. You got your money back and a scamming fBay account was removed (though scammers have multiple accounts). I would be jumping with joy!
