Default Need Help with AUCTIVA ???

I am trying to use Auctive for the first time and I have having some troubles.

1) Can I still use eBay's shipping calculator? If so, how? It only lets me do flat rate or pick up

2) In the template I chose it has 'description' 'shipping' 'payment' ... all in the pretty matchingfont:

but I can't figure out how to write those -- Only the 'description' allows me to write under it.

3) I just saw someone with an Auctive listing and the border was Coach Scribble Patter. Can you make your own templates on Auctiva?

THANKS =)

Good question because I was having the same problem when listing through Auctiva. I was surprised to see that none of my shipping and payment details didn't show up separately on the template (similar to your above template) but only the details of the eBay listing.

So if someone knows, I'd love to know the answer, as well.

I'm not sure about using the calculated shipping through eBay, but as far as getting the info into the template, you need to create 'seller details'. This is basically a template that has your shipping and payment policies. You can create different seller details for different items, that way when you are listing you can just select which ones you want to use. The information then will automatically populate on your listing where you need it to be. You can create your own custom templates, although I've never actually tried to do this so I'm not sure how it works. Hope this helps!

You can still use the templates if the shipping calculator doesn't work. You can create the listing in Auctiva and then copy and paste the html code into the description section of eBay.
