Default Nearly devastated - you know that sinking feeling? No tracking...No bag
Ok, I recently discovered Bonanzle. I must have been living in a closet or something, but I had never heard of it. I logged on and found a treasure trove of great looking old bags! I couldn't believe my eyes

For my first purchase, I chose a First bag in a rare colour from 05.

At this stage on the thread I am not going to say which bag or the seller's ID, as I have found out she is a respected member of tPF!!! I am totally in shock BTW.

Ok, so I pay for the bag, plus all shipping and extra fees and charges.

I waited almost 1 week before contacting the seller to check if she had received my payment. After no news, I asked her is she received my payment...She said she would check her account and get back to me...Sure enough the next day she confirmed she had my payment...

Eagerly yet patiently awaiting a tracking number...It's now been since 12th May since I sent my payment.

No news of a tracking number, even after several requests.

I am in shock. Literally. Communication was almost instant leading up to the sale. After I sent my money, it's been shocking.

I always trust my gut feeling and I have a really bad feeling about this.

I thought I could trust this seller because it was a Bonanzle sale, she is a respected PF'er, the bag is in great condition and rare and she is clearly a Bbag lover.

What should I do from here? Is there any way with Bonanzle to lodge a not received complaint?

Have I been scammed for the 4th time in my life?????

I'm so sorry! Maybe I am mistaken, but did I very recently read something like this happening to you? I hope not!

Anyways, did you pay with Paypal? You should have some protection through paypal. But either way, if you bought it through Bonanzle, I would imagine they have some sort of protection for this. You should call them/e-mail them.

Secondly, are you and the seller in different countries? Is it possible she sent it and its taking a while? I guess I am too hopeful because if she's not responding, it doesn't sound good.

Please keep us posted, and good luck!

KDC, I am stunned - if there is anything I can do to help, please let me know. :( This makes me very angry.

It makes me so mad when tPFers do this! These are exactly the things that tPF strives to prevent. Again, i'm so sorry!

I am so sorry to hear this happened to you especially from someone who is a tpfer and someone who loves Balenciaga like you said.

If I were in your situation I would be pretty angry.

I hope everything turns out good. Keep us updated

This is terrible, i have suffered in the past with fraudulent buyers, not sellers and i can imagine it feels the same. Completely horrible. I would speak to paypal and make a dispute :(

Is she currently on the forum that you could contact her that way? If she is out of the country, she could have sent by snail mail. Although by her not contacting you is very disturbing. I too am very sorry this happened to you and it is really a thorn for the good members and for good sellers. Have you contacted Bonanzle to see if you can get her email. Maybe she doesn't check her messages on Bonanzle.
