My patience is wearing thin....

An international buyer was supposed to send payment on Monday. Then she said it would be impossible for her to do this (she is the one that suggested this date). She asked me to push the date to Wednesday...then Thursday....now she is asking me to hold it till June 20th.

I told her no. I clearly stated shipping prices and payment due date. She agreed to them. She chose the shipping method and made promises on when she would send payment (of course each one was broken).

Now, she is continuing to email me about lowering my shipping rates so she could save some money to use on her vacation.

Report her to eBay, put her on your blocked bidders list and start an UPI dispute.

Tell her the shipping charges are not negotiable nor is the deadline for payment. I cannot believe she would give you such an inane reason for not paying up. Some nerve !

If she has passed your time to pay, then file NPB and move on. Give #bay all the info they need when filing, and tell her no where in your auction did you say you were 'flexible' with the payment date. It wasn't part of YOUR TOS...

She's trying to make you follow what's she want. Just file NPB dispute with eBay.

yep i had a buyer like this. I filed NPB and we ended the listing amicably, no neg's at all.

Then i relisted and she bought it again so i had to go through it all again with her!!!! such a dumba$$. she is on the blocked list now! grrr made me so darn angry!

Yes, file a NPB with eBay and put her in your BBL.
