Default My ebay goyard scammer is back!

Same bags, same seller, different user name. I've blogged about this woman before. She post the same three goyard st. louis bags (green, orange and yellow) again and again. I got scammed on an orange one. She keeps changing her user names and location, but always has the same pictures and my poupette certificate. Befor opening this most recent account, a buyer wrote that they paid and never got the bag. Consistent with my experience. How do we stop her?

Refresh my memory please.....

The bags are authentic? But she doesn't ship?

I think you and I have discussed this seller before correct?

If she was banned on a previous id and set up a new id, that's against eBay policy correct? That's right! You were going to try and let me know the previous id's.

I am sorry, I missed your previous story: did you get a fake Goyard from that seller?

I'll see if I can find my old posts. This woman posts pictures of a real goyard, claims to have the original barney's tags and proof that it's authentic, and then never sends the bag. She re-posts the same pictures over and over under different names. In fact, after I paid her, she re-posted what I thought was MY bag under a new alias.

Again,

We cannot report her as having a counterfeit bag listing. The photos in the listing are of an authentic goyard I believe.

We need to report her as having a selling id that defrauded a buyer, was suspended because of it (????), and setting up new id's.

I believe this is the only thing we can report right now.

So............ need the previous id's to do this.

Otherwise, I don't think we can help you take her down.

I found my old thread "Don't buy from this seller." I'm going to take down her various screen names and try to catch her that way. The auctions she held are no longer available :-(

It looks like her current screen name isn't brand new. It was registered back in 2006. But I imagine with her being brand new with 0 FB, that it might be difficult to sell something that high end? Or am I really bonkers???

How is she doing this? Her PP account? Check or money order? I didn't read the auction from top to bottom, but I can't imagine she could get away with this via her PP account.

She pulled her eBay user ID before I could. I got a notice that something was wrong with the auction and NOT to pay. And the the item and seller had disapeared. I still have that auction number and the message from ebay saying they couldnt' do anything since she was no longer a member. About three months later I cleaned out my e-mails and deleted the ones with her SN. Not anticipating I'd need them again!

I hope that you find it, that way others can be aware of what is going on. This really sucks and it is horrible that someone would do this!

OMG...the nerve of this woman! I remember your previous posts...what a total low-life.

Was that you that asked her the question about seeing the pictures before? I like how she states that the other listings weren't hers because she photographed the handmade name sign...like she cant change those every time she lists under a new name!

No, it was me

Then I asked her this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/100-Authentic-Goyard-St-Louis-Tote-Orange-w-receipt_W0QQitemZ260252082111QQihZ016QQcategoryZ63 852QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

So the above seller is not you???

Her response:

those aren't my pictures. :( Does look like my description was used though! I listed this bag several months ago, but the buyer never actually paid. I hope they didn't copy my description then. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Would it be against eBay rules to msg the winner to halt payment? It would be a shame to see a scam happen and not do anything about it....
