Default MJ bag sent to Belgium and came back - need advices!

Guys,

I sold a MJ bag on June 10th to a seller based in Belgium. She paid me fast and I sent the bag to the Paypal address I had. I took Air Mail and paid more shipping fees that I charged her but I always prefer to do that than waiting 2 months for bag to be delivered. Everything was perfect.

40 days later, she sends me a first e-mail saying that she did not receive the bag. She also kindly says that if I don't respond, she will contact Paypal for a fraud claim (hey, chill out woman). I answered saying that all my shipping labels are printed through Paypal and I gave her the tracking number. I also sent her the address I got from Paypal asking her to confirm (I know I should have asked her BEFORE shipping, thats my mistake...). I never received any answer from her until another friendly e-mail saying the same as the first one, that she did not receive bag and would complain to eBay. I sent back 3 e-mails with 2 different addresses I had + "contact seller" option that if she did not receive bag in a week, I would pay her back bag + shipping because I took insurance on the parcel. I told her not to worry about the whole transaction (Canada Post told me parcel would be fully reimbursed after 60 days without any problem).

On Monday morning, guess what, her bag CAME BACK: WRONG ADDRESS!!! So I wrote back to her (2 different e-mail addresses) saying that I had her bag and she had two options: pay half of the new shipping fees (I'm a real good, patient seller - what would we do for positive feedback...) or cancel transaction, pay her back 100% and relist item.

She never answered.

What would you do? Would you just pay her back via Paypal and relist bag? Wait for her to answer? I am afraid she would leave neg feedback.

Sometimes, eBay sucks.

I think I'd only worry if I resent the bag to the buyer. I'd refund her and then relist the bag.

You are too nice to offer to pay half of the new shipping. I think she would have to pay to have it shipped again if she gave you the wrong address. To bad she doesn't confirm her address to you. I would probably refund her minus shipping.
