Default lacoste shirt on ebay

are all the lacoste shirt on eBay authentic, i was browsing last night to buy some for my hubby coz he likes lacoste brand, instead of buying most of the time in the department store. i'm thinking of getting one on ebay instead, and its over whelming to see all them selling in " lots", are they authentic???

how would you know if they are all authentic?? has anyone here bought recently , or in the pass on eBay.

hope someone can chime in. appreciate your input.

thanks

probably a large majority are fake, I have seen vendors selling fake Lacoste shirts alongside fake purses.

99% of the NWT Lacoste shirts on eBay are fake. The easiest way to tell is to look at the type of buttons (should be MOP) and look at the placement of the crocodile. Fakes usually have them too far right and too low.

I would probably avoid eBay when buying Lacoste merchandise. My sister bought a fake Lacoste shirt and watch without realizing they weren't authentic until they arrived at her house. Of course she got a refund, but it's a big hassle.

The Lacoste outlets have some great deals though if you are looking to save some money. They have the men's and women's polos there and they are well under the $75 department store price.

This is the problem with buying apparel on eBay...there is, in all likeliness, always going to be a doubt at the back of your mind, because they're not like bags which at least can be authenticated fairly easily.
