Default I'm LVGodiva and I'M TRUSTWORTY PERSON, I'M NOT A SCAMMER..!

My fellow tPFers, please hear from my side.

I opened thread and the seller against me!

The true story here:

I opened USA account for my sister. She's in Colorado, USA. I want to purchase LV bag and I think, it's good to use my sis's account since she has no feedback, we also just purchase $8000 Hermes bag from let-trade, you can ask for my reference, I'm 100% trustworthy and honest person!

Once I saw item from hotpicks, I asked her if I can use my sis's account to submit an offer. No answer but I told her that my sis will submit an offer, she even sent counteroffer and my sis accepted.

I did emailed her to ask to send invoice for extra postage to Indonesia because my PayPal is from Indonesia and I would happy if she send to Indonesia. No answer again so I DID GAVE HER MY SIS'S USA SHIPPING ADDRESS and LET HER SEND TO USA!

Before, I have purchased about over 10 LV pieces from USA sellers, they all ship to my sis's address even one of them is our tPFer. I give their ID for my reference, you all can ask them to confirm it, ask them if any chance I ever create them trouble?? The answer is NOT and NEVER!

Please understand that these statement by seller's friend are completely a big lie!

- lvgodiva tried 4 days to ask seller send to 3 different addresses!

* I paid one day after I won and seller sent item 2 days after I paid SO how can it be 4 days?? And 3 different addresses?? My sis has 1
address only!

- lvgodiva has tried to scammed other in past!

* For the God's sake! You can ask let-trade and all of sellers that I ever do business before, I EVEN NEVER TRY TO DO IT NOR HAVE IN MY MIND TO TRY IT! I do believe in karma!

- send them nasty emails!

I NEVER DO IT! They're totally LIAR! I sent her 1 email ONLY before I read her respond this morning:

"YOU DID SENT ME EMPTY ENVELOPES??? RIGHT! YOU WILL BE REPORT TO YOUR LOCAL BUREAU AS INTERNET FRAUDULENT!!!

SHEILA T."

This morning, I did sent her emails to tell her, if she's really already shipped my right item, since I paid around $2 for insurance, it should OK for her to claim insurance! Then why didn't do it if she's really sent my right item?? Our tPFer caanie said that she has the similiar item, it's heavy enough! While this seller sent my item into envelope onlyPackage Size:
Package/Thick Envelope Dimensions:
15 X 10 X 3 in
The measuring of this bag is approx: 10 x 15 x 8 inches. While SHE USED envelope with dimension: 15 x 10 x 3 inches only!

Please don't let newbie and bad faith people damage my reputation

The IMPORTANT POINT, this seller purchased insurance, I paid around $2 so IF she's really already sent my RIGHT ITEM, instead against and damage my reputation, why didn't just go ahead to claim with insurance IF she's really already sent my RIGHT ITEM

I think lvgodiva is getting a bad rap here -- from someone who is not even a TPFer and who makes up 2 names to post. (it's obvious that hotpicks and beenieweenie are the same person.)

godiva has no reason to lie and has been a trusted TPFer on many area of this board - as well as a trusted eBay seller.

Those who doubt her - look at her past on TPF - look at her FB and then also look at hotpick's FB.

I hpoe this all works out for you Godiva!

MOD: I open this thread to clarify and "clean-up" my reputation only, not to discuss about this transaction, please don't remove it, I really need it to let other tPFers know the trust about me and this transaction.

I don't understand why you did not use your own account and let your sister do business for herself on her account. This seems weird and a bit suspect to me.

Also why do you expect someone to ship to Indonesia if they have a USA account? I would not ship overseas in this case.

I hope you guys work this out.

decocritter, we all know, major eBay's sellers don't want to do business with 0 feedback buyer. At that time, I purchased $8000 Hermes and I think there's no mistake if I let her has some feedbacks before she does transaction on eBay, it will good for her reputation.

My eBay ID: LVGodiva is from Indonesia, PayPal account is from Indonesia, too. I just asked seller if she can ship to Indonesia and I toward to my feedbacks ( as you all can see ) BUT no respond and I let her ship to my sis's address in USA. Just it, nothing else.

Nope.
Not the same person. I have read this forum for EVER and I know how things are done here. As I said before, no hard feelings and I actually expected something of this nature. *shrugs*

Godiva, say what you want. You KNOW what you have done in the past. As I also stated earlier I am not saying you are scamming in THIS case. But from past experience I would have to pick you as the scammer here. This is just my OPINION.

I will say one thing...if I paid that much for a bag on eBay I would know in an instant if the box felt too light for the bag i bought and I would be throwing a FIT. INSTANTLY. Not crying on the boards. You have been a member on eBay long enough to know what you should do in this instance, I don't care what ANYONE says. The weight should tell the whole story.

And I'm not talking about firing off a barely understandable email. I would be on the PHONE with said seller DEMANDING an explaination. Why say you did not authorize the charge? You obviously did. Enough said there.

I am rather shocked at the responses so far. There are MANY inconsistencies with your story and you have not been able to satisfactorily explain yourself. You can cite any amount of successful transactions you have had. I'm sure you CAN be an excellent buyer and seller.

Why not explain why one ID is NARU'd? You continually skirt the real issue at hand (in just about every thread you have here) and rarely answer any relevent questions asked of you. But you certainly are good at using exclaimation points and calling others LIARS, aren't you?

I have one word for you-KARMA.

Lots of people ship overseas - I do. So why not ask? It would make it easier for her (Godiva) because then her sister doesn't have to ship from the US thus shipping twice and paying twice.
But buyer didn't want to ship overseas so she had her ship to the US.

I must also say that I ran the seller's name through toolhaus. I wouldn't have touched ANY of her auctions with a 10 foot pole. But I am very particular who I buy from and RARELY shop on eBay. This is just one of the many reasons why I take my hard earned $$$$ to the boutique.

You don't have to be a CSI to figure out that Beenie Weenie and Hotpicks are the same person

Nyria,

Do you not agree that there are many inconsistincies in BOTH sides of the story? I have always enjoyed reading your posts (and looking at those huggable kiddos!) and i must respectfully disagree with you. I fully understand your wanting to stick up for LVGodiva as she is a member here, but come on!

I am still totally confused by this whole situation. I can't make heads of tails of the posts on the threads that have been closed.
