I don't know why I now feel drawn to this forum.....I really don't have time for this as many of you do. Before this incident, my life was about work and my kids!!!! But I feel like I am on trial here...and I need to gather all my evidence and proof that I am not a scammer!! But who am I doing this for really???? So many have stated they would never even look at my auctions due to my 13 neg fb. Some of you find this very entertaining, like your watching reality tv or something!! This is very real...and I work very hard to pay my bills. So the $1700 that's at stake here is a huge deal to me...I am not here to entertain you!

I promise that this will be the last time I even visit this forum....I have a life to attend to, and I don't sit by the computer waiting to answer your questions! But I will answer the ones that have recently read...

Item was shipped in a box purchased at staples a few months ago...size 15x10x3 I purchase my lable from Paypal. The bag weights 2.6 lb, the shipping lable was purchased for a package from 2-3lbs. Insured and signature confirmation is always a requirement for all my expensive auctions. A claim with the USPS was filed on the very day I found out about the claim with Paypal.

So there's the answer to the questions....now put it to rest and find another way to entertain yourselfs!!!

i don't think it is about entertaining outselves. many people here are buyers and sellers on eBay and when something like this comes along, we like to take the appropriate action and take note so we dont' 1) buy from bad sellers or 2)sell to bad buyers. nobody is against you, we just want to know what is going on as well.

It made it difficult for us to ascertain who was being honest when it seemed both you and the buyer lvgodiva were deliberately avoiding answering the important things asked of you by other tPFers. Your message certainly clarifies things and I appreciate you taking time out of your busy day to inform us of what we wanted to know. Hopefully a resolution can be reached between you and lvgodiva.

We do have lives too and you are not the only one, nor will you be the last. I lost a ton of money and didn't do anything about it on eBay or paypal. So I am quite interested by this. I am quite sure that their are many of us, whom are parents and are working at the same time that we are reading tpf (it's called multi-tasking). Oh I forgot your not reading this anymore.
