hotpicks, I don't understand why you won't look into this matter calmly. You realise that some of us are not taking sides and want to find out the facts. Innocent until proven guilty so it is in your best interest to not be so hot headed.
I think LVgodiva isn't so proficient with her English and that can be frustrating. Let's be patient.

No, NO hidden part at my side, Marisol. I just want "clean" and honest transaction. I paid and want item same when I sold item, I receive payment and sent item, just simple, I don't like hassle.

As a seller myself, even if my buyer's account suspended, I will still send item because we all know, we are on eBay now, it's not for today only but we are looking for long business ship on eBay, right? So, I thought you will do the same. What matter my sis's account suspended or not, we have paid and we have right for the correct item, does it make sense?

Dear Marisol, once again, NO, NO hidden part at my side! Can you please check USPS please? You're the shipper and you are the one who have right to file claim with them.

PS - I just looked at my history and saw that I have sold to lvgodiva in the past.
Yeah, I looked at that earlier and it doesn't look good.

Marisol, why you didn't just report and claim to USPS?? Instead against me, it's more work if you claim since I paid for insurance, right? It will be much help we both. Once again, once I receive my correct item or money back, I will close claim. You all here can keep my words.

Ok, all of the facts are already here. I will be back only with the result of this transaction ( item receive, money back or I being scammed ( hope it won't ) ).

I believe none of us will ever know what truly happened between these two persons. People tend to embelish the truth when they feel cornered (not necessarily with malicious intent).

Hotpicks: All those !!!!!!!! and ?????????, which basically translate to non-stop screaming and shouting, won't help you find a solution to your problem. Think about it. In what way does it serve you? The anger and bitterness is overwhelming.
LVGodiva: As someone mentioned earlier, it is difficult to understand you sometimes because English is not your first language.

Usually, in order to reach a solution--full or partial--people have to communicate and work together, which seems impossible because you both believe you're being scammed by the other, and you're both twisting things a bit in order to "win" this fight. Meanwhile, a lot is getting lost in translation. My advice is to put your energy on working with PayPal and the Post Office to resolve this matter. Otherwise, let it go before it swallows you.

Sometimes we learn lessons the hard way. Good luck!

It is unfortunate that both sides story does not add up or/and have holes in the story. But in the end, the seller should contact the post office for a claim, otherwise you are out of a bag and money.

Also, 17 envelopes do not equal to 2lbs. The label says package/large envelope. Someone at the post office may of cut the label off the original package and affix it to an envelope fill with usps envelopes.

This seems to be a logical approach. Hotpicks is is possible for you to just go to the post office, file a claim, and get the ball rolling there? The seller is the one who has to file the insurance claim. lvgodiva can't do anything at her end with the post office.

I hope they don't close this thread. I would like to know the outcome. Especially if the seller turns out to be a scammer. I want to remember not to buy from them, and if LV is the scammer than I want to block her. If the post office is to blame than I'll deliver my packages in person. (Just kidding). But really...why can't the seller file an insurance claim? I have a feeling insurance wasn't really bought.

Look at post #33 and #35. The buyer paid $18 for required insurnace (post #35) but it looks like in post #33 (shipping details) that insurnace was not put on the package. If so, this would be a tragic oversight.
