Yes if everyone pushes through the past, does their part now, it can get resolved. That is what insurance is for. There is a lot of money at stake for both the buyer and seller.

spendalot makes a really good point!

LVgodiva, maybe you shouldn't have jumped to your conclusion that you got scammed and accused the seller of being a scam artist. Hotpicks seems pretty honest up until now (unless beanieweanie is the same person as hotpicks) and if I were being accused of scamming someone when I really sent the bag I would probably be reacting the same way hotpicks is. Stop pointing fingers and work together!

17 empty envelopes do not weight 2 pounds! Thats impossible. Either one of you is lying or someone at the post office ripped you both of you guys off.

AND BY THE WAY...I AM IN NO WAY AFFILIATED TO ANY ONE ON THIS FORUM...I JUST HAPPEN TO COME HERE THANKS TO THE UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCE THAT LVGODIVA HAS PUT ME IN!!!
I DON'T PLAY GAMES, NOR NEED ANYONE TO DEFAME LVGODIVA ON MY BEHALF...EVERYTHING I HAVE POSTED IS THE TRUTH!

LVGODIVA SEEM TO REMEMBER HER TRANSACTION WITH BEENIE WEENIE'S BFF VERY WELL....HERE'S WHAT SHE RESPONDS TO THAT

- lvgodiva tried 4 days to ask seller send to 3 different addresses!

* I paid one day after I won and seller sent item 2 days after I paid SO how can it be 4 days?? And 3 different addresses?? My sis has 1
address only!

I AM FROM THE NY NJ TRISTATE EREA....DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE ANY OF THESE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN BURNED BY LVGODIVA ARE FROM!!! SO PLEASE STOP THE SUGGESTIONS THAT I AM THEM OR THAT I AM PUTTING THEM UP TO ANY BAD THINGS THEY FEEL THEY NEED TO SAY!!!! WHATEVER I NEED TO SAY, I WILL DO ON MY OWN!!

HOWEVER,,,,,THANK YOU VERY MUCH BENNIE WEENIE FOR YOUR IMPUT.....PLEASE DO GET PERMISSION FROM YOU BFF AND TELL EVERYONE HERE WHAT HAPPENED!!! I CAN CERTAINLY USE THAT AGAINST HER WITH MY CLAIM! THANK YOU

If the package said 2lbs then something happened in shipping because 17 envelopes would not be 2 lbs.

(If seller made their own label on paypal then they could fake this but doesn't the post office check these weigh things themselves?)

If lvgodiva got a box of envelopes - nomatter what the reason - the seller has to make this right.

If you search toolhaus lvgodiva isn't the only one who's accused hotpicks of not delivering item promised.

PS - I just looked at my history and saw that I have sold to lvgodiva in the past.

Too many things don't add up with lvgodiva....otherwise i would be receptive to the possibility that something might have happened during transition...but why file a claim as though you never authorized the transaction??? And why accept a package that came in an envelope??? And why was the account closed shortly after the purchase?? And why say to me it's your buying account, then come here and lie to people who trust you???

Perhaps you were not expecting me to come here and clean my name???

The best thing you did lvgodiva was to advice me of the bad things you said about me on this forum....that gave me the opportunity to let others know you are not the victim you are playing out to be...and if you are a victim...you are not my victim...i did not scam you!!!!!! I don't have my bag...or my money!!!

Instead of pointing fingers at one another, given that both the buyer and seller claim innocence, why not look at the facts and figure out a way to work together to resolve this? It's a likely possibility that the postal service had something to do with what's happened. So why not look into it, file the necessary reports with the USPS, clear both your names, and move on?

Dear Marisol, I purchased around 6 LVs anc Chanel, one of them is a LV wallet. Sellers want to ship within USA only so they shipped to my sis's address, now, how come she notice it's from you or not? Normally, as I purchase many items, she receive all, open it for me then forward to me.

Yes, it's buying account. She will use that account for purchasing only since I'm the one who reselling items, not her. I did explained about account suspended to Lee & beenie's posts.

I have no choice. We got empty envelopes and it's shipping with delivery confirmation signature! If other track it, it will shown as received by my sis WHILE we never receive the actual item.

[quote=hotpicks;7253803] Perhaps you were not expecting me to come here and clean my name???

Marisol, if you remember what you post in my previous thread, you will find that I even toward you that I posted about this transaction on tPf even you copied my email and posted it here. So, if I didn't expect your honest respond, I definetely won't toward this thread to you, right? Just be logic.

Ok, I try to do co-operate. Can you please ask post office?

Every one here has a lot to say....i have been an eBay member for 3 yrs now...everyone who is a seller knows....you cannot make everyone happy, so unfortunately out of 1226 feedbacks in 3yrs i have received 13 negs!!!

Fortunately for everyone else here....your not in my ppredicament!! However, i am an experienced seller, and i am handling this situation in the best way that i can....had lvgodive filed her claim for anything else other than unauthorized transaction...she would have my sympathy,,,,but that alone tells me she was up to no good from the very start!!!!

I saw hotpick's feedbacks, and I dont see anywhere in the feedback where hotpicks has been accused of sending an empty box filled with envlopes.

I'm not taking sides, but LVgodiva - why did you file a paypal claim for unauthorized transaction? You have not answered that question.

Ok, it's your right to say something you would like. Ok, let's do professional and I will close the dispute once I receive my right, can you please check with USPS? I want my bag only, you know, I have been eyeing this style since a few times ago and found it on your auction. I want nothing except BAG or my money back if you change your mind to sell it. Please.
