I bought a jacket BIN on the 30th July. I asked her before I bought it when she would be able to post it and she said the next day because her partner could do it for her. Now I posted something First Class the same day the jacket would have been posted First Class and by Saturday my items arrived but the jacket hasnt. I figured maybe they didnt post it early enough on the Friday and it would be carried over the Monday maybe but still nothing - it's Tuesday now and I still haven't got anything.

I feel like her partner either forgot to post it or they posted it 2nd class by accident which adds like 3 days. I've sent her about 4 emails asking her about this and she hasnt responded to any of them. I emailed a previous customer of hers and she said she last spoke to her on the 2nd so I know she must of seen some of my messages at least.

I'm also going away tomorow for a week so it'll be even longer before I get the jacket.

What can I do?

Sorry this has happened. You will have to hope it arrives before you go, maybe the post is late, not sure how it is where you are but mine arrived 10 minutes ago. Its too early to dispute anyhting but you could just send her a message and say you are not happy and hopefully she will reply.

It's so frustrating when sellers don't post when they say are going to or they send it via another way meaning you wait even longer.
It's also really rude of the seller not to answer your emails and tell you what's going on, you can request her telephone number through eBay and give her a call...
Hopefully the jacket will arrive tomorrow before you leave. xxx

Yeah - well we didnt get any post - not even letters yesterday and the same happened today - the postman just walked past our house. I'm just frustrated because she's not responded to ANY of my messages which is just making it worse :( I won't file a dispute yet ..

I've contacted another buyer of hers to see if she's been active lately.

I keep thinking maybe it'll turn up in one of the vans which usually delivers heavier stuff but I'm not sure yet - it could come at any time.

Also most of her transactions take forever - there would be feedback left today for a transaction that finished on the 23rd ! I think I might have to do a neutral on this one.. its just ridiculous.

I got it! It was only posted YESTERDAY - psh - I left her 1 stars on communication and delivery - turns out the delivery cost her more than quoted but I think that was deserved considering she kinda messed me around. At least it's all finished!

yeah im lucky lol - i could hear it coming in one of the postal vans - ours seem to always play really loud music ! lol

Hopefully I knocked her stars down a bit and hopefully she'll leave me fair feedback in return even though I mentioned slow delivery and bad communication.

yeah I'm sure - I think she might forget to leave me some feedback -_- but I can't be bothered to worry about that - there are more important things plus I have the jacket so I dont really care now lol.

I need to carry on packing anyway - thanks thebigbagaddict! Considering the main timezone of this forum I dont bump into many UK people but you've helped me out so thanks and everyone else who posted here!
