PP I completely understand your frustration. I do want to let you know that I have heard of good sellers getting the 30 day and when they appeal they get the 90 day, and a few days after the 90 day, they get the restriction lifted entirely. And this is what happened to me, after I wrote a letter similar to yours, I got my restriction lifted a few days later.

I have heard of a few different sellers who got the ban lifted after receiving the 90 day notice.

While that's well and good, and I do appreciate what you're saying, I'm seriously sick of playing all these games with eBay. I'd rather have a yard sale at 6AM on a Saturday morning than deal with them any more.....

I know what you mean, they make me very angry as well. My problem is I wouldn't get decent money for designer bags at a yard sale, though I have considered the possibility.
I am just grateful that I got mine lifted, because I really really want to get rid of the rest of my stuff while I still have a good chance.

I would rather deal with the eBay games than deal with someone trying to haggle me down to accept $2.00 for a designer bag at a yard sale.

Not trying to talk you into bidding, but the worst they'll do is yank the auction and NRU me. They don't go after bidders.

PP, you are spot on with everything you said. LOVE the final auction! You can bet they'll remove it, but good for you. Now they'll send you a canned reply letter saying you're restricted for 180 days LOL!

I've been reviewing/authenticating BV's--sellers with appalling feedback keep selling! So of course they knock you off--you make the rest of them look bad.

eBay has become crapola. You're my hero.

Yes,
I agree...eBay seems to be the only place to get a decent price for designer
bags unfortunately...unless we at the PF can start 'PURSE-BAY'

Your auction is a riot! Taking into account all of the crap they allow, it is amazing that they waste their time going after great sellers like you!

I can't believe evilbay hasn't pulled it yet. I'm sure they will.

I actually love that you have bids already. I think I'm going to have to place a bid on that. LOL
