I need help! Seller won't answer emails!

I know this is not a big ticket item, but the fact is I am being ignored! I bought a pair of supposed Chloe sunglasses and returned them because they appeared fake. The seller agreed to a refund but has not done so. She received the glasses back on Friday May 30 and has not answered any emails. In trying to be nice I left her a good FB, yet have received none from her. Did I make a mistake by trying to be nice? Is she going to think she can keep the glasses and my money?

File a claim with Paypal immediately if you haven't done so. Make sure you can provide them with proof that you shipped them back to the seller.

If you can confirmed that the seller received the package back already you can just go ahead and file with PayPal.

In the future - I would file a dispute even if the seller has agreed to provide a refund - explain you are doing it to protect both of you by having the issue documented. As soon as a refund is provided YOU can close the dispute. Be sure to just file a Dispute and not escalate to Claim level - unless something like you mentioned the seller stops communicating and then you can escalate. Bummer about what has happened - maybe they are away?!?

Hopefully you hear something soon!

I did tracking and Post Office says it was delivered May 30!

Is she a reguler seller on eBay or has an eBay store? How with her feedbacks? File claim with PP. Once you leave her + feedback, she may think that you confused and you may thought you have receive your refund from her

No she knows she hasn't paid! I told her I left +FB because I was trying to be nice and she even said the glasses looked fake to her, now that she looks at them again. She has 100% FB , I didn't want to hurt her because I figured she really thought they were real.

File with PP, they can make sure she refunds from PP if that's how you paid, otherwise it's hard to force seller to refund if there isn't a force behind them telling them it's required since you returned it.

If she wrote that in an email make sure you keep a copy of it. In fact make sure you have a copy of all of your communication with her. Open a dispute with Paypal and do not close it until you get your money back. She may ask you to close it with all kinds of promises, but if you close the dispute before you get your money you cannot open another one. You've been nice, now be firm and nice and insist on your refund

Opened a snad, this seller is a fruitcake, we are only talking 35.00! She could have done the refund yesterday instead of emailing me her cutesie messages.I will escalate to claim if she does not refund today! Enough already!
