i got my bag that was listed as MINT or EXCELLENT but definitely has issues what now?

oh no! i got one of my HGs ans was listed as mint..but when i opened the box..i got a bag that had these white marks all on the back and a big one on the handle!! what should i do..i emailed the seller and am waiting on a reply....

I'm sorry to hear that, tofu. What kind of white marks were they? maybe you can post a photo here? Did you have to pay way over retail? If it's really bothering you I say return it...

yes i paid way over retail..and she did not list them on the listing..the only defect listed were that it has a darkened tassel and the handles had been to the spa at LMB..=(

i'm assuming you bought the bag off of evilbay? if so, i believe you need to wait for a response from the seller - save all your emails as proof of correspondence. evilbay's dispute process requires that the buyer and seller work it out first. if seller is unresponsive or unwilling to work it out, after a certain time period, then you can file a dispute (item "significantly not as described") with paypal if that was form of payment. anyhow, there should be lots of info on evilbay's site on how to do this. sorry to hear you're not happy with the bag - good luck.

'm thinking i should just return it..but i'm not sure what to do as she is away out of the country and it's just crazy..ahhaha
i just have to wait to hear what she says..i don't really know what i want to do with it..i expected a mint bag and this definintely isn't that..i'm so picky so it makes it even harder..this is bag #2 inthe last 2 weeks i got that was listed as mint or excellent and that last one i got was definintely NOT excellent! =(

That's awful.

It looks like the leather has actually peeled off. I'd ask for a full refund. Hope it works out, tofuchan -- good luck!

I'm so sorry this happened to you. It's happened to me too and I'm sure to many other PF'ers as well. Hopefully you get a full refund inclding shipping it back.
