Default How to tell if its a confirmed address!!?

Okay, so I had a recent situation where the address was not confirmed, but that was after the buyer had paid.

I send out my invoices manually, and after I do that, when I go into paypal, it still won't tell me if its confirmed. Am I doing this right?

Can you tell if its confirmed before you send the invoice? Before the buyer pays.

Thanks.

No I can never tell until they pay. One buyer just confirmed at my request and sent me a copy of her details from Paypal showing confirmed details. It will not update on your page once payment has been made.
