Default How should I sell this Marc Jacobs bag?

I have a used Marc Jacobs bag that I want to sell. It is a bag I bought on eBay. I believe it to be authentic as I looked at this bag in store before I purchased off of Ebay and everything is the same. It has the riri M8 on the back of the zipper, the proper label inside and the proper look and markings on the zipper and hardware. Here is my concern. I have never sold a bag on Ebay that I did not purchase from a reputable dealer. The bag has some wear on it, so I intend to start it ourrageously low and see where it goes. I'm worried, however, that this might kick me in the bottom in the long run.

How should I label it? Should I just tell them that it was purchased on eBay and that I cannot officially authenticate the item? There is no place around here to take it and the folks on the board couldn't help me anymore than I can help myself. Should I just not sell it and let it live in my closet forever?

Post the bag in the Marc Jacobs authentication thread. I am sure we can help you there. Post pics of the underside of the zipper head, Marc Jacobs Nameplate and pics of the hardware.

After you have it confirmed that it is authentic, make sure to ask them what pictures would be best to include in the auction. Good pictures are essential to getting the best price and best bidders possible!
