How do I set up immediate payment required on a BIN...

... is it in my Paypal account or in my eBay account?? I cannot figure it and I thought instead of wasting another half hour I'd just ask for some advice! It's pry right in front of my face but I don't know, and I couldn't find it in the "search" here so...

The option is on the eBay listing page...I believe it is right down by the payment/paypla address information.

Oh ok! WOW. Durr to me. I use auctiva, and I didn't even think to check that part. Thank you though, I really appreciate it!

Make sure you disable your Auctiva checkout because the immediate payment option won't work with it.
