How do I refund seller's money on PayPal?

Hi guys,
I am still having the problem with the seller not having a confirmed address. So I want to refund the money but I don't know how to do it via PayPal...please help

Hi
Log in into your PP account and click on My Account. It will bring you your acct overview. Select the payment that you want to refund ( it will say payment from ... ) Click on the details of the transaction. When you scroll down under the details, all the way at the end there is an option to refund the payment. Just click on it and you're all set. Hope this helps.

thanks for tips! do you know how long it will take for the money to go back in the seller's account?

i am not sure. if the money came directly from his PP acct, it should be available immediately in this/ her acct but if the seller used a CC thru PP, i think it takes 3 to 4 business days from the day you gave the refund.

I recently was given a refund for a top I didn't receive and the refund showed up in my account immediately. I think that's if they used an echeck instead, not a CC.
