Angry HELP ..Something fishy or am i just paranoid?

Hi guys
I bought a LV speedy about 10 days ago The sellers feedback was fairly ok..and she was helpful enough before auction ended...after It did she emailed me a few time and i was under the impression she no longer wanted to sell it...and way about 2 days ago i get a NPB after conversating in that she said she thought i was no longer interested and if i was to pay for it she promised to ship express USA TO UK on friday,I emailed her last night and she said she would ship tomorrow..saturday (now today)
I went on to find the NPB dispute and asked her had she shipped today as im going away next week, and when i pressed enter Realised I had agreed to a mutual VERY VERY SILLY ME!....the transaction itself is still going through and i now see she filed this a few hours ago 3 days after she recieved payment (so that in itself i find very very fishy n sneeky)
Shes not bothered replying at all since last night
I have just made contact with eBay live help but they are as useless as ever..they recommend to contact seller and if no reponse paypal claim...What do you guys reckon

Just because you agreed in the dispute doesn't mean she can get away of the transaction, she still have your payment, therefore she have to send the bag. Good Luck and don't panic.

I guess tracking # at least 7 days after your payment was sent is fair enough. If no response by then open a dispute as item not received.

So, you've paid and she's reported you as a NPB?

I didn't even know a seller could report a buyer as a NPB, if the buyer had already paid? I think that's very worrying...

Well, she either has to refund you, or send you the bag.

If she does neither, I'd file a dispute as soon as I possibly could.

ETA: Or is it that you have paid and then agreed to a mutual cancellation (by accident)?

If that is the case, don't you just get refunded automatically? I'm pretty sure I did when something was lost in the mail (as it turned out, it wasn't actually lost and I repaid the seller, but that's another story!); but I could be wrong.

By your first post I understand.

1. You bought item, and after emails from sellers you didn't pay because you though she didn't wanted to sell.

2. She filed NPB on Thursday to mutually withdraw the transaction but she gave you the option to pay.

3. After that, You decided to pay and she said she was going to mailed on Saturday.

4. Saturday you went to the dispute ask about status but instead of clicking to post your message, you made a mistake and closed and agreed to a withdraw.

I really don't see how the seller did something wrong other than not giving you tracking yesterday. Take a deep breath and give her a chance, she was going to post Saturday (yesterday) but you never know if something happend and she couldn't make it to the PO on time. Relax

I think it was the other way around, Seller filed NPB and then buyer decided to pay.

Oh, I see. When did you sent payment? Try emailing her tomorrow Monday, and if she don't respond with a tracking by Tuesday file a claim with PayPal just in case. By the way with a mutual you don't gt an NPB strike, too bad the seller gets the fees back. Other than that the agreement with the payment in PayPal is still valid unless she refunds your money. So for now She HAVE to send the bag to you even when the agreement was reached.

I agree. She has your payment, and I think she will ship to you. I don't blame buyers for being confused when sellers refuse to communicate with them or check their emails. Good luck!

I'd file a dispute with paypal immediately and have her send you & paypal the tracking number. If you're concerned that she'll empty her account and keep your money, then don't give her the time to do it.

I also wouldn't close the dispute until item received just to be sure you're getting what you paid for.

Well, there's your answer. File an "Item Not Received" dispute immediately, RBB.
