Help! Signing in my password to eBay acct. closes my browser--can't get into my acct.

Every time I try to sign in, it closes the browser (Mac Safari). I can't even change my password.

I noticed on the Fendi authentication board that someone who answered one of my posts has two ? ? in boxes under the signature line. When I right-click them, it goes to my eBay page where it says "welcome Carolina59", but I still can't sign in. Could this somehow be interfering with my account?

Are there any computers literates out there who could help a computer illiterate?

Some ideas: restart your computer. It sometimes fixes all number of random stuff. Clear your cookies ands try again. Or, download Firefox use that.

Thanks, Elara. I've restarted my computer a number of times, to no avail. Cleared cookies and history, still nothing. Don't know about Firefox, but will try it. Thanks.
