I just actually LOOKED at an invoice I sent and there is a message I sent to a NPB months ago on this one. How can I remove it?
ON an invoice it is under my additional items being sold "Message from the Seller" It must be going to ANYONE I invoice and I have no idea how to get it off. |

Okay, it isn't on the invoice I would send but on that automatic one that eBay sends
Message from the Seller (***)If you do not intend to pay for this item please let me know so I may relist. If there is a problem, you should contact me to discuss it. I have started non-payer proceeding via ebay. Monday I will complete the process and leave negative feedback. |

I think the invoice you are referring to is the automatic invoice sent to your buyer thru paypal.
Log in to your paypal account. Look for the "auction tools tab" Find and click on "end of auction email" Find the customize email section and make your changes. Hope this helps

^^^ Yeah, I would try this. But first, I would message the buyer and let them know that that note on the invoice was not intended for them.

In retrospect, it's kind of funny. Even though you don't think so. But could you imagine receiving an invoice from a seller after you just won and they're threatening to file a NPB on you???OK, not really THAT funny! Sorry! Bad sense of humor.

![]() DEFINITELY send an e-mail to all buyers that you sent that to, so you can explain to them that you're not going to file a NPB or leave negative feedback, that it was unfortunately something that had been on there for a while towards a NPB a while back. At least they'll be cool with that. Hopefully!

Yikes! Good thing you caught it. I can imagine a seasoned buyer would probably think it was just an error on your part but a newbie would not have a clue.
