Thanks again for everyones great advice and support. I'm so happy I got my money back. I was going to leave negative feedback for this seller yesterday, but I noticed she leaves rude feedback back to anyone that leaves her negative feedback and I copied just one example of her response from a buyer that left her negative feedback:

BAG WAS NOT THE BAG IN THE PICS-NOT A 2004 BY FAR.REFUND GIVEN DONT SHOP HERE.

  • Reply by (Jan-21-09 05:27):

dispute file report in paypal ,ask more money shipping fee, unreasonable!!
    • Follow-up by (Jan-21-09 23:13):

NOT UNREASONABLE TO REQUEST MY SHIPPING CHARGES BACK. DONT BE A CROOK

And that's the same experience I had with this seller. The handbag did not look at all like it did in the pictures, had lipstick stains in the lining, black marks on the leather and reeked of smoke. I also just just received my first ever negative feedback from that rude buyer that had won my beautiful LV Galleria PM that I had only used two times. I had posted about this rude seller on this forum about two weeks ago and you can find it on this form. My LV Galleria had no marks or scratches and still looked brand new. I had tried the automated best offer for the first time since ebay made the selling changes in June and I had never received her offer of $825 through the best offer and I contacted ebay customer support and they looked in my ebay email and also confirmed I had never received her best offer and told me to email her that I never received her offer and I would have to relist since I did not want to sell it for less than $950. This buyer was so rude and threatened to get my ebay account closed down and ruin me. I could have lied and said I lost the handbag, but I was honest and told her about the ebay glitch and the price I wanted to sell it for. She emailed me back and said she knows she's being rude, but she won and I have to sell my handbag to her or she would ruin me and have ebay close my account. I have been selling for 6 years on ebay with all positive feedback until this evil lady. Well, ebay sided with me and gave me my seller fees back and did not make me sell my handbag to her and did not give me a strike for not selling my handbag to her!!! Well, she just left my first negative yesterday and I contacted ebay trust and safety, because they had told me if she leaves a negative they will look into taking it down, since there was a glitch and I never received her offer and she threatened to ruing me. If ebay can't remove her feedback I will just have to accept it. I will not let it ruin my day or get mad about it. I do understand why she was upset coming from the buyers side, but she could have been understanding and contacted ebay customer service like I told her too, to see that they are not making me sell my handbag to her and did not have to threaten to ruin me. I have blocked her. I'm just happy I got my $1,300 back and wanted to ask everyone on the board if I should leave the seller negative feedback for the seller that I had a bad experience with and if I do will my feedback look even worse.

NEVER PROMISED TO RETURN DO NOT WANT TO LOSE $50 ON SHIPING AVOID DO NOT TRUST
This is another one of this seller's negative feedback. She always has to leave a negative reply.

Never received offer through ebay, ebay investigated and agreed w/me refunded my fees

Here's my first negative from that rude buyer that threatened to ruin me and get my ebay account closed down. I replied with this honest response. Should I leave her feedback too? I will be mad if ebay will not remove her negative feedback, since there was a glitch and I never received her offer. If ebay didn't agree with me they wouldn't have given me my seller fees back and would have given me a strike for not going through with the sale of my handbag.

Hopefully you can get her negative taken off
However......
If I was interested in buying an item from you, and saw this feedback, I wouldn't be particularly concerned, especially if all your other fb is positive.
Anyone with a concern can email you to inquire.

I was hoping to get some advice regarding the seller in Hong Kong that I had the problem with. I had returned the LV handbag to her and had to escalate a paypal claim, because she wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee and would not refund my orginial shipping fees. Well, it took over a week for her to finally pick up the LV handbag that I sent back to her via EMS and that cost me another $50.00. I finally left her feedback yesterday, because I feel she wasn't honest to me and the handbag had lipstick stains, reeked of smoke and a harsh chemical smell. She is now mad and has sent me a personal email, not through ebay, and told me to to not respond through ebay or let ebay know that she will refund me the $50.00 I had to pay to ship the handbag back to her, if I remove the negative feedback first. I feel she is going against ebay policy and I left the honest feedback, so other buyers will know how I was treated and that the handbag was not as described. Would you contact ebay trust and safety?

If I were you I would just ignore her and not change my feedback. The negative is well deserved, and I will forward her email to ebay Trust & Safety.

Good advice. I hate to see people paint a broad picture of ebay sellers as crooks and thieves when in fact it is a small minority who behave this way. I hope that by forwarding that email ebay will take notice of the seller and respond with some form of action against him/her.

If you take that neg feedback down, she will be able to dupe some other buyer. Let the feedback stand. I would forward that email to T&S though.

mittens, surely you can get ebay to take your neg down, considering it was their mistake, have you contacted them about it ?

I wouldn't get the FB that you left for her removed. I think others need to be aware of what she's doing. Have you posted her ID, and maybe I missed it?
