Default help fake chloe and paypal

Hi I need some advice on a fake chloe paddington i purchased from eBay, after i payed something in my gut said something was going to go wrong.
Firstly the listing was removed and my funds were being held in paypal, I was happy with this i thought i would get my money back, then i got the dreaded bag oh my god it was plastic and sooo fake, then paypal cleared the seller and released the funds to her after i had contacted them and told them that her listing was not the same as the item i received.
Im now in a claim process with paypal and it just seems that they are all for the seller even after they investigated her for fraud. I now have 10 days to send a letter of not authentic and have nowhere to turn, could i have some advice i live in the uk with no stores that can do this for me, help please somebody.

Is she the best way to go, when I phoned paypal and told them I had no big stores to take the bag to they said go to the police station and file received fraud goods complaint, so I went today and the police woman was starting to write it out, I think she felt sorry for me, then she asked her officer and he said it was nothing to do with them and I should go to trading standards, all the while the woman was still willing to give me the letter. My husband said write it off as bad judgment but Im not that type, why should the seller get away with this and more why is paypal not more helpfull.

She will Authenicate that the bag is fake and that statement you pass on to Paypall.
Im pretty sur ethat Paypall has seen a lot of caroldivas statements..

It is legal enough for them to side with you and get you your money back...
