Default Help...can no longer sell/buy my Mulberry's!

I know this is probably not the place to ask but as it affects me buying and selling my Mulberry items i wondered if anyone could give me some advice.

After 6/7 years buying and selling,eBay has decided even though i have 100% feedback of 1005 that they are going to ban me from selling for 90 days because i sell "branded name" items. They keep telling me to check their counterfeit policy, yet i have never ever sold a counterfeit item.My feedback tells them that!!

My xxx so you could have a look to see how genuine i am!
no one is allowed to psot tehir ID or auctions here.
I have bought and sold a number of Mulberry items over the years,(mainly direct from Mulberry+HoF),all genuine and most with receipts, apart from one fake Annie i purchased on eBay that i had authenticated here about a year ago and sent back!!(how i found this great site!)

I have tried to appeal but they told me after checking my feedback(??????) the ban remains and i have to "keep a positive seller approach"

I am really furious to be treated like this when i have spent so long gaining a good seller reputation and then eBay can ban me without a clear explanation!I have phoned them and emailed them and repeatedly told them i have never sold a fake anything but all to no avail.

Does anyone know what i can do next?I am going round in circles with Customer Support.

Thanks anyone that can offer me any advice.

Opai xx

PS Sorry,if this shouldn't be here but i didn't know who else to ask that could help and would understand my dismay that eBay would think i would sell anything counterfeit.

That is awful! I feel very sorry for you as it is not fair :( Try making a new account I know you wont want to as you have amazing feedback and this is the last thing you need. Keep persisting and calling them. how bloody unfair!

How awful - I'm not a regular on eBay so I'm unable to offer any sort of help and advice, but I do hope you get it sorted quickly.

Thats awful! Why is it that the honest, decent sellers get stung and the scammers get away untouched by eBay?? I hope you get it sorted out soon.

Thanks sugarspice.I alternate between almost being in tears at the injustice of it and then getting mad cos eBay just wont listen to me!

Did you post this on the general eBay forum? There are others that have had the same thing happen to them. Not sure of the outcome. It's nuts, I've never had a fake bag removed after reporting it.

Wish you the best of luck getting this resolved.

Thanks zooba.I posted on the eBay community discussion board but waiting on a reply. Not sure if that is the right place. In all the years i have been selling on Ebay i have never ever had anything like this happen to me.
I get so mad when i see people being conned out of a lot of money for fake items but eBay seems happy to let it continue and then take it out on genuine sellers like me!
They are going to get fed up of me .....i will keep phoning them :o)

It's not just you. It's EVERYONE who's trying to sell designer bags. There's a big thread about it over in the eBay forum. Ever since they lost the lawsuit to LVMH last week, they've pretty much stopped accepting listings -- at least from the people on this forum. And yet the people with the fake bags seem to be able to keep selling.

Need to raise money to fund a new bag purchase? Too bad, you'll have to wait 30-90 days. Their explanations are absolutely atrocious.

I don't feel more protected either.

Hi restricter,it's appalling isn't it?I will go and have a look on the eBay forum.I didn't realize it's also happening to others too.How do all these people with fake items get away with it?????
The worrying thing is if people think eBay are cracking down on counterfeiters (which is a great idea if they would get the right ones!!) then they are probably going to be convinced that their purchase will be genuine. Not always the case from what i still see.
I agree,i don't feel any more protected.....i'd be lost without the lovely people on this forum.
