Default Has This EVER Happened To Anyone?

So five minutes after I received an email from eBay (waited FOUR days for a reply) stating that they wouldnt lift my 30 day restriction, I get an email saying my listing (Fendi Spy bag) was cancelled due to trademark infringement!!!!!

I know the fake sellers all claim they bought it themselves, blah blah blah, but I DID PURCHASE THIS BAG MYSELF AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT TO PROVE IT!

Of course the email gives no one or way to respond, but there must be some way to rectify this situation...

Or am i just totally and completely out of luck. The injustice of this is beyond frustrating....

did you use stock photos, or your own photos?

when i was new to selling, i used stock photos from the designers website, and it was removed for that reason. now i know to take all my own photos.

No, totally all my own photos. And crystal clear, including the hologram. This listing was even posted on the authenticate this Fendi thread and got a thumbs up there....

What do I do? Is there a way to dispute this? How on earth will I ever get my restriction lifted now? The unfairness of it all is making my head split!

The timing is unbelievable. Never a listing violation or complaint from a buyer and now this happens as I'm trying to get some random restriction lifted!?!

And thank you for your response, if nothing else, it helps to vent!

Good luck getting through to eBay's Trust and Safety department! It takes forever for them to respond and when they finally do all you will get is a canned answer like "we have reviewed your account and the seller limits are valid". Unfortunately you will probably have to wait it out. After awhile they will start ignoring your emails if you keep emailing about the same thing. .... AND of course there is no phone# you can call. I've gotten my hands on some of eBay's phone#s, but they make it impossible to speak to a live person....

I see in another thread (eBay cancelled my listing for no reason) that this is happening to others.

At least I know now that this is another arbitrary, random measure designed to do god knows what.

Just need to sell the last of my items and get the hell out.

Call the office of the president (eBay). A real person will answer and tell them you need to discuss your account with someone.

I wish I would have had that # about a month ago when I was having issues with my eBay account! I am saving it now!
