I got this, too but the problem had with paypal had to do with a seller who's business had nothing to do with eBay. I kind of don't want to file because I don't really have a problem with ebay but I do with paypal.

I received this too, and i live overseas. I can't make a claim because it is only US citizens who can claim so really not sure why it was sent.

I received this email, but I'm in Canada and my paypal account is registered in Canada too....


I'm not sure how "legit" this email may be...


Because this morning I got an alert from eBay saying that their records show a member has tried to contact me via email and tried to "phish" and obtain my paypal password, or paypal account info????


If anyone is planning on joining the class action lawsuit described by the email they received, I would recommend contacting paypal first to confirm that it is valid and legit before giving out account info, etc
