I need some advice. I ordered a gucci boston bag charm/key chain from the states. I live in Canada. The tracking info only says electronic info received and it's been like that for a week. The tracking lists the shipping as international letter. Is updated tracking available for this type of service? Seller told me it may not be updated until delivered but I'm really getting a bad feeling. Plus I saw that the seller is selling another charm now exactly the same as the one I bought. I now it is possible that she or he could have more than one but kinda upset that tracking status doesn't even say acceptance.

Can anyone tell me if international letters service have tracking updates???? TIA

It may not be scanned again until you get it. USPS is trying to be more proactive in scanning items more often but it still might not get scanned until it arrives.

3 weeks for Priority Mail from US to Canada would be the norm.

my experience is USPS is pretty good with scan now.
i recently got an international package...the computer system was accurate. the seller didn't ship my stuff until a week later.

Unfortunately, USPS is very inconsistent when it comes to updating the tracking. Just recently, a package coming from outside the U.S. showed as "received" and being "prepared for shipping" for days. Then, the online tracking was updated to show the package had arrived in NYC five days earlier. Five days it took them to update the tracking. After that, I never saw anything else until after I received the package.

I would give it more time.From USA To Canda it is possible to not get scanned at all until either it is in customs or is at your home or attempted delivery.The only true trackable service is express mail not this service you said letter, is like a probably first class,so can take a bit of time.Just hang in there I would not be worried unless she does not reply to you,or if in her feedback others have mentioned items not showing up.It is very possible for her to have more than one as many places have sale items and resellers get a great price to resell.

.I would not worry at all .If she is keeping good communication with you,I think you will be fine.Just give it time ... think happy thoughts
