^^ So true, zippie, thank you :).

I really do appreciate someone finally taking a look at the Pacer documents. I would love to see what's there if anyone wants to PM them to me or I will send an email address to anyone who can send them; thanks in advance.

For those snarky comments by kroquet et al about my ID: Yep, still one account; Megs even checked. If you don't believe the owner of the forum and the moderators to whom I was reported for having more than one account that I do indeed have only one account, perhaps you might want to check out a forum where you trust the owners, moderators, and posters to not lie. I sleep quite well at night knowing that I'm honest.
No, what you got was me telling you to get a Pacer account. Anyone can have one, I'd have thought that you knew that. Having your own Pacer account means that you can browse the documents at your discretion. Instead of waiting for others to provide the information for you, you can read documents for yourself 24 hours/day should you wish to. To be quite frank, I'm really intrigued that considering you are so interested in this thread and the case that you don't already have an account set up.
PACER means Public Access to Court Electronic Records. You don't need to be a lawyer to access this information. I would be more than happy to send the link to you by PM if you are unable to find it.

As for the second part of your post, yes tutu, we know. You have one ID, you yourself confirmed that on July 25th in this very thread. Not sure why you feel the need to bring it up again. We got it. Again, what is all this forum nonsense? Are you saying that anyone who is waiting for Corrie McFadden to be arrested by the Feds for her crimes doesn't trust Megs and Vlad? Swanky? Littlerock? I'm sorry, if you could clear up that confusion for me I know I'm not the only one who would appreciate it.

For the record, I sleep like a baby, but mostly because I'm fantastic.

As stated clearly, that was meant for kroquet and others who continue to moan that I have more than one account. Thanks for reading.

Many here have asked for the pacer docs (not just me) and I'm sure we know what it stands for; we are not children; thanks for the condescension.

I'm sure you are just uber-fantabulous.

Oh wow , Tutu, you are really proving the select moderation in this thread. Thank you for that. And, BTW, I was not the only person to point out that you were quoting and thanking yourself. Not sure why you are just going after me.

Thanks Von, I had no idea what Pacer stood for and I am happy to admit it.

Fwiw, 1) pacer charges per search whether anything is found or not. 2) it cost me 90 cents to pull the case summary on the California case. 3) to view each document it varies in costs- approx 10 cents per page; the 3 documents i viewed in addition to the case summary cost me about $14.00.
i am logged into my pacer account pretty much 24/7 as it is a mandatory tool in my profession, which puts my hourly billable rate in the range of the equivalent of one Chanel Jumbo (retail) per day.

Thank you for doing it and thanks for the update.
Also a big thanks to Vlad and Megs for everything you do.

Bought from them once, a pair of Gucci flats. The last experience was good.

I always wondered how these big stores could afford to list all those items!

I love sellers that take hassle free returns though! I'm not one of them haha.
I re read the email after I saw your post SophiaLee, it's the re-stocking fee they take, not listing fees. Which I don't really like but not bothered really

Of course we don't know their agreement with eBay, they may have some different agreement than a usual seller, but a breakdown of the fees can be found here: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/storefees.html

I also noticed that they are putting out some authenticity information, and I was surprised to find out that one of the hallmarks of an authentic MJ Stam is goldtone hardware. MJ would probably be surprised to know that, since many of the ones on his site have silver tone hardware. The Hermes section stipulates that an authentic Kelly may have brass or palladium hardware, but the MJ section had no stipulation that I saw.

Vlad and I have decided to close this thread. We have not been forced to do this, however we believe it is in the best interest of the forum and community as a whole. As some have heard, Corri McFadden and her company, eDrop-Off Chicago LLC (collectively, “eDrop-Off”), have filed two lawsuits against PurseBlog (one in Los Angeles and one in Chicago) based on comments posted about eDrop-Off by a third-party user. We believe that the claims against Purseblog are meritless as they are preempted by the Federal Communications Decency Act, which insulates blog owners from disputes between those who post on blogs and third parties who may not like what is said about them online, and we have filed an anti-SLAPP motion in LA asking that the court dismiss the case.

We have worked very hard to build our community into what it is today, one of the 40 busiest forums and one of the leading fashion communities online. We care a great deal about our forum and believe in the right of users to have free speech.
