Go to the ended item, and go to send a new invoice. At the far right side you will see shipping handeling-insurance ect those little boxes ,bottom one you will see a - minus sign and a + plus sign put in - minus whatever amount you agreed on,then you can hit see invocie before sending and it will have the adjustment, then just hit send and off you are

^^^ yeah well what happened was after the bidding ended the buyer contacted me asking about the shade of pink/red the wallet is, you think she would ask this before bidding but anyways, i contacted her back with the best description i could give (note i had 6 pics in the listing) i then didnt hear from her for 6 days and sent her a reminder email about making payment within 7 days, so i get a reply saying she is sorry but is sick atm and will pay the following day, but an hour later she contacts me again asking if i can post for less $$$, i must say i only put one postage price in my listings and need to take defferent zip/post codes into account so it turns out i can reduce the postage cost by $2.50 lol so i sent her the reminder invoice and changed the postage to the $2.50 less thinking if i keep her happy and reduce it she will pay and i can send her the darn wallet. i now sent the invoice over 24 hours ago and its now 8 days after the listing ended AAAHHHH

I would ask her if she wants to back out, and relist the wallet.
She sounds like trouble!
And why can't she pay because she's sick? If she is well enough to send ebay messages, she should be well enough to click "pay now." Right?

Ok,I see.I know it seems many people love to ask for lower price or ? AFTER the sale has ended I think at that point all should be done and resolved.I of course always anwser my ? but hate neg at that point with prices.I know if you do it by weight you can offer several shipping choices.Yes agree why I can email you back saying I am sick yet not pay???...I know I have had that before, beyond me...Well I am very glad she paid and you did not have any NPB this go round ,I hope they all enjoy their items and do not give you any problems ,if they do update us
