I've been reporting almost every hour in an attempt to be a damn nuisance. Might have paid off, but I'm still not sure that we've got rid of this scammer for good. I'm sure that scyllabub, will spot the bags as soon as they re-appear on eBay and will alert us of the need to report! Must keep vigilant!

Oh brother.. he's back.. and right now there are only 3.. PLEASE click the links and see if there are more than 3 to report and add add'l auction #'s.

Thanks for alerting us, Ellie Mae. Will continue to report until eBay do the honourable thing! Seller is very persistent, though, and it just feels as if eBay can't be bothered to sort this out once and for all. What a disgrace!

You are SO RIGHT. Ebay reporting is an absolute disgrace.

Reported, I have also changed wording, emphasizing that Police are aware of this seller and methods.
Hoping against hope that ebay might take some notice of that, surely they must hold responsibility of some sort if we make Police aware that we continually report scammer but ebay do nothing!!

^^ Always worth a try, madchixrock. Like you I've tried different wording to see if it has any effect, but eBay's practice is so variable that I can't seem to spot a pattern. Won't give up, though, since I am so angry that this continues unabated!

I reported yesterday and the listings are still up. There are no excuse for eBay to let go the same listings which previously taken down. Makes me mad...

i got an offer from him yesterday...;;;;;;;;;;;;;

he offered me $1400 in cdn only if i pay the payment via western union.

and asked me to pay immediately ( gave the location and store hours of the wester union) but i decided to ask here first whether he is the trust seller or not..

he gave me the all the information of him...

phone number, address, the name.... should i post here??

omg l0l i am soo happy that i didn't send the money yesterday..

No, you cannot post his real name, phone, address etc here.
HOWEVER, when you can PM, please DO PM it to me so I can add it to our ever growing list. And whatever other info you can provide.
Please DO either call or live chat w/ ebay and REPORT HIM for soliciting transactions OFF ebay and western union payments, both which are violations of ebay seller policies. THANKS... looks like you need one more post to be able to PM.

Hey, he's gone - for the moment!!

Has the penny finally dropped now with eBay? I doubt it, so we must still keep a watchful eye on things. Wonder where he'll appear next ......?
