I emailed for shipping to canada, this came back: and its this type of reply that you MUST avoid as thats how unsuspecting buyers get caught, and its wrong! when they say make an offer, and they reply ASAP, more in store......all suspect!
**********

Yes, fully insured is £25.

Would you like to make us an offer to buy it now to avoid missing out on this bag?

We usually have several in our London store.

If you give me your cell number I will call you to arrange.

Regards

Yeah I was very stupid...but i really hope other people won't folllow me into the trap!! Right now he's saying i can return once i get the item, and the likely fake item hasn't arrived yet so i really don't have enough evidence to report to police...i really have to wait till the thing arrives, isn't it?

I'm really bumped but i can't let that guy ruin my life further by making me depressed!

Honestly i have a feeling ebay knows and allows it somehow. He's been a member since 2005! How can we be the only person to report? Even the guy i talk to in western union fraud center said he can't understand why after all these years of reporting to FBI those guys are still actively doing these frauds. sigh...

I have been reporting this seller for several weeks now on a daily basis and they still continue to sell on eBay. It certainly feels as if eBay is supporting this fraudulent activity. But let's not give up. We're with you, greenvalley.

I'm sure that this has already been raised here. Have a look at this thread.

I have reported them on Ebay as well. It doesnt make sense for people to be out out here committing this fraud against the innocent. Ass if we dont have enough going than to deal with this stuff too. And you thought you were doing a good thing and treating yourself which were all guilty of...What a mess! I hate crooks.

Sadly, by now i have a feeling that ebay is intentionally allowing it. Honestly he has been running free since 2005 and we're not the only people reporting his crimes. They are providing a platform for the crimes! Why would not still allow him to be listing items anyways, and he still has 2 bags up as of now! When I try to list items i ocassionally got canceled because of "insufficient info" or whatever crap and ebay still charges me the listing fee, are they saying they sanction my listing but never paid attention to the crook's listing? It doesn't even make sense to me.

I am so sorry for you! I hope that it all gets resolved soon... and the cops catch this scam-artist! I had to open your thread since I have seen this seller's name on others' pictures and description. I figured that this is a fraud seller since the same item keeps popping up and sold for above retail?!!!

With all the "upgrades" ebay is doing, you would think that they would have an automatic watermark feature on all pictures, so that others can not steal pictures?!
