WOW! EXCELLENT IDEA. My NPB is KHELR. She had 34 fb of 100% before buying my bag. She told me she was waiting for a credit card to replace a stolen one but IMO, she shouldn't have bid if she had no way to pay.

Paid for pumps, never picked them up from the post office. They came back to me after 3 weeks. She wanted full refund with saying that she never actually got the item(b/c tech. item was never in her hands). I refunded item $$ I did not refund shipping. Never gave me an explanation as to why she changed her mind.

I know thats not really a NPB, but I will never sell to her again. She was also rude in her emails.

I realize the above is from 05, but it's my one and only non paying bidder, plus retaliatory feedback. I gave her many opportunities to pay, even back out of the auction. She NEVER once responded to any of my emails. Notice I gave her two months to reply.
This was done before ebay changed the rules regarding npb and feedback.

willow_dawn : she purchased a beauty case from me on 14. Dec and then never contacted me to go on with payment. I contacted her more than one time and,after 3-4 days,she emailed me back telling me she was very busy with Xmas,but assured she'd have fixed everything immediately.Obviously she didn't,and i wrote her back saying that i was very busy too with Xmas things and that i could understand her.So,i added,no problem,take a few more days.She never wrote me back.Emailed her several time after Xmas and,on 2 January,i filed a NPB claim. AND ALL THIS MATTER FOR A 15 EURO AMOUNT ONLY
