Item #: 190337202598

Placed two bids & won my auction during the last seconds. Failed to pay & no response to (multiple) email, (multiple) invoices or voice mail message left @ the contact number *Bay has on file. Interestingly, bidding details suggest that she bid on THREE wallets from three different sellers (I'm one of the three). My guess is that she won a wallet from another seller for less $$, so decided not to pay me. Ugh. I'm blocking her and she will be getting a strike from me.

Placed a bid on my auction right before it ended then messaged me minutes after the auction ended to let me know she did not place the bid and that someone "broke into her account" and placed it. I messaged her continuously but never received a response. Makes me very upset because *bay doesn't let you list another item in the handbags section for another 30 days, so after the claim has expired (4 more days) I have to wait 30 days to list it again. I actually decided to use an old account of mine to list it for sale because I can't wait another 30 days. Ugh, I hate the new *bay rules. it makes me so mad someone would do that!

She was pretty busy bidding that day:

You might want to be careful about using another account when ebay restricts you. Although the restrictions are often unfair and penalize the wrong people, they have them in place for a reason and if they find out that you're working around them, they might sanction you.

Yes, I saw that! She said she didn't bid on any of the items. I find it hard to believe when she messaged me right after the auction ended then couldn't follow-up with the claim I followed.

Oh okay! I will keep that in mind. Thank you!! It sucks so bad. I need the money, so I listed the bag for sale. No one responded to my second chance offers so I got stuck with a non-paying bidder. Ugh :(

I put a perfume for an auction, once the bidding time ended then she suddenly disappear without paying the item. I already packed the item to be posted!! But what a waste time. . A few weeks later, after I reported to Ebay then she email to me said that she want to cancel the transaction.

No contact after 7 days. Became Not A Registered User (NARU). Filed case for NPB, then on day 13 emails asking for leniency because of financial problems. Being NARU doesn't stop them using the Resolution Center. A good addition for your blockers list!

He/She bid in my auction 9 days ago, and disappeared from the face of the earth without paying.
Does not respond to any invoice, emails, pleas for cancelation, not to me nor to ebay.
Definitely a teaser...
Recommend to block...

Here's another one.

Buyer ID: maxyi

She used Bin on my high dollar item two days ago.
I invoiced her and emaile her. Not a word.
tonight she just emailed me that her browser might have been touched by accident and there's no way she wants to buy this item.
When you use Bin in ebay, aren't we asked more than one time to make sure this is what we want before we click confirm to buy?
How can a browser be pushed by accident so many times?

This user filed a chargeback MONTHS after she received the item. She has done this to many others too. Even though the feedback is positive, the comments reflect otherwise. She had feedback about PP Claims, but they were removed.

Bought item, emailed me to see if I would take a money order. I told her sure. Never another peep until I filed and got a strike against her. Got a very RUDE email from her.

Biddr:vartikar

He first ask me if I have more pics, so I sent him, then he ask me if I can give him discount.......he did all this AFTER he won the bid......
then he said he decide not to buy because I was rude???
when I told him I'll report his id to ebay, He send a very rude email, and saying if I ever contact him, he's gonna report to the POLICE....WTF

He is even using a Harverd student account to email me.

PLease could someone tell me how to file a non-paid bidder?? I'm kinda new and it is my first time to encounter a buyer like that.
